Twice in the past 2 months, I have come across on Yahoo News that people are living in smaller spaces, i.e. 240 sq.ft.!!\u00a0 Even the mayor of New York is pushing for smaller apartment units.\u00a0 Of course, the couple that rents an apartment as small as 240 sq. ft is only paying\u00a0 $1,400.00 a month rent.\u00a0 The cost-of-living is very expensive on the East and West Coasts.<\/p>\n
Living in very small spaces takes discipline.\u00a0 Clothes Closets are very small so having a large wardrobe is out of the question.\u00a0 Small intimate dinner parties vice large gatherings would be the norm.\u00a0 While cooking, clean-up as you go is mandatory,<\/p>\n
